The farmhouse comprises of 5 bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 10 guests

Below is a breakdown of costs to give you more flexibility when booking alone, with a partner or with your Group.

Pricing Break downs– minimum stay 2 Nights

Single Person:
Room Only from £110 per night this includes landing fees and recommended routes and breakfast
10% Discount for groups over 4

Couples Sharing:
Add £45 per non flyer / night

Camping with facilities:
£40 per night. This includes landing fees.
There are a whole host of local eateries for you to enjoy, but should you choose to stay in for the evening we can provide you with freshly prepared, delicious meals in the comfort of our accommodation. £10 / additional camper, no breakfast included

Camper Vans
£50 / night, use of all facilities, landing fees, electric and water £10 per additional non flyer £40

Breakfast: £15 per person, per day
Evening Meal: £25 per person, per night.

Guiding and Site inductions

Whilst you will be provided with guidance from your hosts upon your arrival, a tour guide is available upon request at a fee of £200 per day to accompany your group. If you are looking for a more relaxed approach why not have a guide, who will check NOTAMS with you, research restricted areas, off flight plans and places of interest, assist take offs and landings and fly with you to enable you just enjoy the scenery. This includes being driven to all sites, with kit made up in trailer, refreshments and shaded waiting area for you and your kit.

All new sites must have a one-off induction, this is £150 / site, Any rules broken will mean an immediate ban with no refund.
A retrieve and drop-off service is available daily, included with primary inductions, then £100 per site, this enables all kit to be preassembled, fuel carry and equipment. A good consideration especially when flying out for evening meals.

Airport collections if flying into Bergerac or Limoges £200 / each way max 4 people. With kit,
